The M50 is electrically powered, so the motor can help you initiate and hold the movement. Thus, no effort is needed to get the pedals moving. Furthermore, this mobility trainer has extra-wide feet with anti-slip for a stable position and adjustable foot straps so that your feet always remain firmly on the wide pedals.
