Rowing as if you were on the water
Rowing with a Fluid Rower sounds, feels and looks like you are on the water thanks to the high-quality water tank with patented Twin Tank technology. This unique system easily lets you adjust the resistance of the water at any time using the dial.
Adjustable Fluid Resistance
The Fluid Rower’s water tank consists of two separate tanks: an inner tank and an outer tank. The inner tank is the ‘passive tank’ or storage tank, while the outer tank is the ‘active tank’ or resistance tank. If you select a higher resistance with the dial while rowing, the water is moved from the passive tank to the active tank. As a result, you experience more resistance after a few rowing strokes. If you choose a lower resistance, the water is siphoned from the active tank back to the passive tank so you experience less resistance after a few strokes.
Lifetime warranty on the water tank for home use
You experience fast and smooth resistance adjustment while you exercise, and never have to determine the water amount in the tank in advance. The patented Fluid Resistance Twin Tank has been perfected and refined down to the last detail: if the water limit is not exceeded, the tank never leaks. Not even if you place it upright. Therefore you receive a lifetime warranty (25 years) on the water tank for home use.
Fluid Monitor: all training parameters at a glance

Keep track of all your training parameters at a glance with the simple but complete Fluid Monitor. The viewing angle can be adjusted as desired, so your results are always clearly visible. Add 100 meters to your training goal at the touch of a button, or adjust the resistance level to the level you set with the adjustment dial on the water tank. Do you like to train by heart rate? Then connect an analogue heart rate monitor (sold separately) to the monitor! The Fluid Monitor does not have Bluetooth.
Ultimate comfort, stability and balance while rowing
The details of a Fluid Rower make all the difference. For example, our seat guarantees the most comfortable rowing training. After years of research and development, we have found the perfect balance between hard and soft. Thanks to the well-thought-out, ergonomic shape and non-slip texture, you sit firmly yet comfortably in the seat. The seat is raised for easy access, and comfort can be additionally enhanced with a Fluid seat back kit and elevation kit.
For extra stability, the seat rides on a dual rail. The double-bearing wheels under the seat ride smoothly over two plastic strips attached to both rails. This prevents wear and tear, resulting in an always silent rowing experience: you won’t hear any sound other than the ‘whoosh’ of the moving water.
Each foot firmly in place
The footplates are height-adjustable and feature two sturdy, separate foot straps that allow you to individually secure each foot. Your feet are close together, just like in a real rowing boat. Both footplates also feature a specially designed ‘bucket’ at the bottom. Thanks to its design, this heel support fits perfectly around the heel of your shoe and moves with you during every rowing movement. As a result, your foot will never slip off while rowing.
Ergonomic handle for a good grip and correct posture
The Fluid Rower Neon Plus has an ergonomic handle. Thanks to its slightly curved and extra-wide shape, it provides the best grip during every rowing stroke. Your body automatically assumes the best posture so you can apply the most force. The handle is connected to a nylon belt: strong, quiet and stable. The strength of the bungee, the elastic band that pulls the belt back, has been optimised so that it doesn’t add resistance but still smoothly pulls the belt back into the trainer as soon as you move forward. This is done in one smooth movement, without the bungee giving a pulling sensation or the belt ‘stuttering’ during this movement.
Tank frame effortlessly withstands the most powerful rowing stroke
The steel frame above the tank absorbs the most force during exercise. That’s because you push off on the footplate and pull on the pulley at the front of the frame using the cord. Because this frame consists of one part curved steel on the Fluid Rower Neon Plus, it prevents squeaks and creaks and feels super sturdy. This allows you to exercise as intensively as you want on a Fluid Rower without worrying about breaking anything.
Finished your workout? Then simply set your Fluid Rower aside. The centre of gravity is at the front of the trainer, so it is very easy to tilt. Thanks to the bearings and soft transport wheels, you can move your rowing trainer effortlessly and never damage your floor.
Made of durable steel
Stainless, sturdy and robust, the frame of the Neon Plus will last for years, even with heavy use. Steel rowers are generally cheaper in price compared to frames made of wood, but are just as durable and strong, with a very realistic rowing experience.

Engineerded to perfection
Years of experience and expertise have allowed us to develop each Fluid Rower to perfection. This is reflected, for example, in our unique resistance system. With most other rowing trainers with water resistance, people experience uneven resistance. This is because there is hardly any resistance at the start of each rowing stroke, a spike occurs right in the middle and the resistance disappears again at the end. Fluid Rowers have an ‘instant catch’ thanks to a modification in the blade of the water tank. This means that resistance is felt continuously with every rowing stroke, from start to finish.
